Only 100 printed, none sold. If I get hard-up I may have to sell it!!!

Surprisingly this doesn't appear to have been digitised yet, but the State Library of NSW does have a copy in its rare books collection:

Interesting. It'll be worth more if it's in mint condition (i.e. no mustard stains on the pages).

It's in very good condition and has been stored correctly.
